Last Saturday saw a fantastic turnout at the annual KES Preparatory Cross Country event — the first with Prince's Mead as the newest member of the KES Family.

Competing against a number of local independent schools, our runners, from Year 3 to Year 6, tackled a challenging course that wound through woods, up hills, and around the school fields. Every pupil showed true grit and determination, pushing themselves to the finish line with the support of cheering parents, grandparents, teachers and classmates.
There were some impressive personal bests and podium finishes, but more importantly, every runner demonstrated wonderful sportsmanship and perseverance. Well done to all the runners - we’re already looking forward to next year’s event.
