Cut your Carbon

As part of our ongoing commitment to our Eco-School status we are taking part in Cut Your Carbon. Throughout November we’re challenging pupils to complete 9 small carbon-cutting activities at home that will reduce their carbon footprint.
It’s a great way to learn more about carbon emissions connected to everyday actions and how we can reduce them by making small, manageable changes.
Prince’s Mead was awarded Merit in the Eco-Schools Green Flag programme in July 2023 and has a proactive Green Team who meet regularly to discuss how they can raise awareness of environmental issues and make a difference to our green credentials.
