14th January 20

The Prince’s Mead Dance Squad have secured a place in the regional finals of the Great Big Dance Off Competition!. The competition will be held in Oxford on Tuesday 17th March at New Theatre, Oxford.

The dance squad train every Monday lunchtime. We are made up of children from years 2-5.
We have spent the first half of the autumn term working on our technique and musicality. After half term we started preparing for the great big dance off. This is a competition spanning the whole of the UK.
We sent our first round entry in by video and were chosen to compete at the regional finals in Oxford.
The dance squad have performed many times in 2019, most memorably at the Wyvern theatre Swindon and at the international Hat Fair in Winchester.

Miss Hodson is very proud of every dancer and cannot wait for everyone to see all our hard work.
